Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a full-time Senior Benefits Administrator.
Responsibilities: Manage, guide, monitor for compliance administration of Company benefit plans, workers
compensation, FMLA and DOT compliance.
Qualifications: College degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 5 years benefits
administration experience, 2 years in a senior role. Working knowledge and experience with ERISA, COBRA,
FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, DOT and OSHA. Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certificate and/or
CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation. Active in benefit related associations such as SHRM,
TCHRA, or ISCEBS.

Job Summary:
Administrator qualified retirement plans; Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); 401k & Roth 401k plans; Canada
Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) and non qualified wealth building plans: Capital Accumulation Plan (CAP);
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Major Duties:
- Administer the annual ESOP allocation, including meeting with upper management, participant verification,
employee communications regarding the distribution amount, and working with the vendor to ensure a
successful allocation.
- Administer the CAP, including the annual enrollment process, enrollment tracking and reminders, working
with upper management on plan changes, and daily maintenance and employee questions.
- Administer the company 401k and Roth 401k plans, including annual discrimination testing, employee
communications, new employee 401k rollovers, and daily maintenance and employee questions.
- Administer the Canadian DPSP.
- Administer the ESPP plan, including the quarterly purchases, open enrollment, election changes, monitoring
purchase limits, and regular maintenance and responding to employee questions.
- Answer employee questions regarding the CAP, DPSP, ESOP, 401k, and ESPP plans, via telephone and
email.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure up-to-date and consistent employee data flow and plan maintenance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in finance, human resources, or other business field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience administering retirement plans.
- Knowledge of the various related IRS regulations and relevant laws.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with a Human Resourses Information System (HRIS), such as ADP.
- Excellent communication skills and considerable attention to detail.

with mid-to-large size sponsors of retirement plans. Our main focus is to help plan sponsors optimize the
management of their plans. Our services involve the design and implementation of retirement plans including the
selection and monitoring of service providers and investment managers.
We are currently looking for a Client Analyst to assist Consultants with client management, including meeting
support. Responsibilities for this position include:
- Participation in full range of retirement consulting projects
- Performance of work assignments for clients' defined contribution plans under the direction of senior
consultants
- Coordination of service provider RFP process
- Conduct service provider benchmarking
- Assistance with project work and other ad hoc client support services as requested
- Research and interpretation of defined contribution plan provisions and regulations
- Participation in one-on-one and group meetings
- Collaboration to improve processes and procedures for all clients
The successful candidate for this position would have the following qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a field that requires analytical thinking
- Proven project management skills
- Working knowledge of defined contribution plans and related law
- Understanding of design, financing, communication and administration of corporate retirement plans
- Working knowledge of retirement plan investment vehicles and related issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Solid mathematical, analytical, problem solving and computer skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
