Our showcase will include two education sessions, a vendor showcase and an opportunity to Network with your Peers. Hear perspectives from the expert - Gulsah Mattson, Minneapolis Health Business Leader at Mercer. 2:00pm - What Employees Want - Lifestyle Benefits Presented by Ben Thompson, Regional VP at Forma. Every employee has unique needs. Are your benefits meeting the needs of ALL your employees? Lifestyle spending accounts can offer employees at different life stages options for how to spend their benefits dollars to best meet their current needs. Through this session, we will help you understand funding needs, the types of benefits to offer, how to distribute the funds and how to educate and communicate with employees. 3:00pm - Social Hour and Vendor Showcase Join us for a networking event with drinks and snacks.
