Webinar:
COORDINATION of the VENDOR ECOSYSTEM: Elevating Employee Support and Improving Vendor Strategies
Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST

Registration Closed
As benefit professionals we are constantly reviewing and evaluating our multiple and, many times, complex vendor partnerships. Are they meeting our expectations and just as importantly, are they providing positive outcomes and appropriate support?

Please join us for a timely and informative discussion led by two industry experts who will discuss the vital aspects of assessing, enhancing, and effectively collaborating with vendors to create a seamless and positive employee experience. They will also discuss how to optimize cost efficiency and ensure employees receive the best possible care when they need it, from the right solution.

Key Topics:

* Gain insights on assessing and simplifying vendor relationships
* Explain the latest trends in communication and engagement and how these trends impact vendor management
* Analyze a case study on cancer care support, highlighting how vendor partnerships can improve patient outcomes and support employees in need

Speaker Team: This webinar will be presented by two outstanding speakers from the Mayo Clinic’s  Complex Care Program who have extensive experience in health care, product and vendor management.
