Dana Baker, M.B.A. is the the Senior Director for the Mayo Clinic Complex Care Program, a customizable Centers of Excellence offering that provides access to Mayo Clinic’s high-quality, cost-effective care for individuals with complex, rare, or undiagnosed medical conditions. She joined Mayo Clinic in 2000. Before her current role, she worked in the Mayo Clinic Benefits department, concentrating on health plan design, cost containment solutions, custom networks for national member populations, retirement plans, and employee communication strategies. Lianne LaTorre is a Director of Mayo Clinic’s Complex Care Program having joined the team in 2024. She has spent over 20 years in the health insurance industry, focusing on client satisfaction, new client acquisition and client retention. Lianne started her Mayo career on the laboratory side in 2016 as a Regional Manager and became one of the first National Account Executives hired in 2019 to focus on strategic clients.
