One can hardly miss the elevated importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for organizations who want to survive, thrive and grow in today’s explosively diverse marketplace. The pinnacle for most of the organizations who desire to maintain or achieve market leadership is to work towards creating inclusive cultures positioned to attract, retain and engage needed talent.
This presentation will explore the role of benefits administration and consultation in aligning wellness, total rewards, and organizational DEI efforts to achieve inclusive cultures.

Patricia Jesperson is a consultant and frequent speaker on the subjects of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Leadership and Total Rewards—specifically how they impact the ability for organizations to create an Employee Experience that attracts, retains and engages key talent in light of today’s increasingly diverse workforce.
From boutique events, to filled conference halls, to virtual sessions, Tricia brings a well-versed voice to the importance of integrating all aspects of the people-side of business. Specifically, she engages with innovative and growth-oriented organizations to 1) help them work across organizational silos, embrace the tenets of diversity and inclusion to develop their people and culture, and 2) identify gaps that may suppress ROI on the investments made on behalf of their people and their organizations.
Tricia has her BA in Business Administration/Marketing and her MBA from Augsburg University, including study abroad at the Steinbeis Transferzentrum in Berlin. She worked in a variety of marketing and consulting positions prior to becoming Chief Curiosity Office at EmployeeEXP. She is also an author and an Adjunct Faculty member at Augsburg University.
