With a team of communication professionals, Alex partners with clients to create customized employee communication materials and multimedia strategies that meet the unique needs of each employee population.
Her expertise lies in developing comprehensive communication campaigns that include creating a communication calendar, benefits branded materials, digital benefit guides, informative flysheets, and benefits websites. Alex's passion for optimizing technology to enhance communication efforts and increase operating efficiencies sets her apart as a leader in the industry. Alex has been recognized for her outstanding achievements in the industry, including being named a 2020 Women in Insurance NEXT honoree by Digital Insurance Magazine and receiving Ingram's 20 in Their Twenties recognition. Alex received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Business from the University of Kansas. With a background as an award-winning News Anchor and Healthcare Reporter for a CBS-affiliate in Louisiana, Megan brings her storytelling expertise to the employee benefits space. She is passionate about working one-on-one with clients to create compelling communication campaigns that effectively convey complex benefits information in a clear and engaging way. Megan received her Bachelor of Journalism the University of Missouri. She is actively involved in her community and has served on Giving the Basic’s Young Executive Board as well as a board member with CBIZ Young Professionals.
