Please come prepared to join in the conversation and share your thoughts. We hope the discussion will be lively!
Jared Schmillen, TCISCEBS Chapter President and Account Executive at USI, will kick off the conversation by providing an update of the Chapter and the plans for the upcoming year, including the Symposium which will be held this September in Minneapolis.
Brent Bordson, Director of Benefits at Target, will highlight key issues focusing on 401(k) and Financial Wellness
Stephanie Carter, Director of Total Rewards at the Minnesota Star Tribune, will address the challenges complying with the Minnesota Wage Transparency Requirements.
Cheryl Nienhuis, Director Health and Welfare at Mayo, will highlight Health Care Trends to watch for in the year ahead. Please join us and you’ll likely come away with some new ideas and approaches to meet the challenges ahead.
