This is going to be an exciting and very informative event focusing on Mental and Financial Wellness strategies for you and your organization. We have two outstanding leaders in their respective industries who will share their expertise, offer best practices and emerging trends, and provide practical insights to help you in your planning.

8:00am - Welcome Breakfast 

8:30am - An Employee-First Approach to Financial Wellness 
Presenter: Ken Zarske, CPFA Managing Director,  Creative Planning Retirement Services 
With more than 10 years retirement planning and benefits consulting experience, Ken’s primarily responsibilities include strategic consulting to plan sponsors regarding fiduciary governance, investments, mergers and acquisitions and plan optimization. Key topics in his presentation will include: 

  • Financial Wellness Trends & Strategies 
  • Personalized “Employee-first” advice 
  • AI powered tools offering real time insights and nudges
  • Enhancing engagement through tailored communication 

9:45am - Effective Mental Well-Being Strategies during Times of Uncertainty and Change
Presenter: Danielle Seraphine, CWPC Health and Wellness Consultant, Brown and Brown 
Danielle has over 10 years experience in health and well-being. Danielle’s role involves supporting client’s well-being initiatives, reviewing analytics to provide personalized strategy recommendations, assisting account teams in new business development and managing the overall strategy of the health and well-being team within her office. Key topics included in her presentation include: 

  • Mental Health State of the Market 
  • Impact of Mental Health in the workplace 
  • Key priorities and strategies to help employees navigate through uncertain and changing times

This event has been approved for 2.0 CE hours from the State of Minnesota, 1.0 hour for each session.
