While the American Rescue Plan provides more opportunity for individuals and families to access affordable benefits, organizations need to understand how the pandemic, Biden's new administration and stimulus could open them up to increased risk of receiving penalty letters and potential fines from the IRS. But have no fear, taking the right proactive steps can reduce that risk. In this presentation, Health e(fx) will explain these new reporting challenges and provide strategies for meeting them head on.

Please join us to learn about how to manage employer ACA risks in these areas:
  • The impact of the American Rescue Plan on employer ACA risk management - the good and the bad
  • How the pandemic by itself increased employer risk due to the complexity of workforce rules around layoffs, furloughs, and part-time employees
  • Other easy steps for reducing your 226-J penalty risks

Health e(fx) will offer 5 tips to increase confidence in ACA compliance and risk management.
