SECURE Act 2.0 Overview

This course will be presented by Michael McNally, Esq. of Fox Rosthschild LLP. Michael is the Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. In the employee benefits area, Michael’s practice ranges from the establishment and design of pension, profit-sharing, welfare and executive compensation plans to the administration, regulatory compliance and termination of such programs.

This course will discuss and summarize the main provisions, planning and insights into the impact of the SECURE Act 2.0 on employer-sponsored plans.

The primary learning objectives include:

Understand retirement and financial security provisions of SECURE 2.0
List the required and permissive changes to existing retirement plans
Identify and explain changes to retirement plans designed to assist in supporting employee recruitment and retention
