Back by popular demand, Brycie Wasson, who has become a recognized expert, consulting with many organizations on the complexities of setting up and administering the new MN state leave program, will share the latest Minnesota Paid Leave program formation updates, review the steps employers should take to prepare, and provide guidance on coordinating the myriad benefits employees can access to in 2026. 2:00 – 2:15 - Networking Break 2:15pm – Mercer’s Annual Benchmarking Study Speaker: Gulsah Mattson, Minneapolis Health Business Leader at Mercer. Our second session is also popular with our attendees. Gulsah will present Mercer’s annual benchmarking study, the largest of its kind with over 2,000 respondents, highlighting trends in benefit costs and plan design. Gulsah will provide insights from this study to help employers kick off their 2026 employee benefits strategies by examining trends, costs, and what employers are considering for future employee benefits offerings. Hear what your fellow benefit professionals are thinking about and considering. 3:15pm - Social Hour and Vendor Showcase Join us for a networking event with drinks and appetizers.
