Please join us for our first in person event of the Spring Season which will focus on how employers can effectively navigate the growing complexity of leave and accommodations by balancing compliance risk, controlling costs, maintaining operational stability, and delivering a fair and supportive employee experience.

Did you know? The average cost of employee absence is equivalent to 35% of base payroll! This includes the direct and indirect costs of planned and unplanned absences.

This presentation will address the following:
🔸 Understand key legislation and regulatory trends shaping leave policies—including paid leave, caregiving, and compliance risk
🔸 Apply best-practice strategies to align leave programs with organizational goals while meeting evolving, multi-generational workforce expectations
🔸 Equip managers to apply policies consistently and fairly across leave and accommodation situations
🔸 Leverage absence programs to drive value—not just manage cost
🔸 Enhance the employee experience to support retention, engagement, and productivity
You will receive an emailed receipt of payment as your confirmation of registration. You may use the button above to add the event to your calendar.
